By accessing and using the services provided by ShadiBookings, including but not limited to the shadibookings.com website and any related applications (collectively referred to as the "ShadiBookings Services"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use ("Agreement") and our Privacy Policy available at www.shadibookings.com/privacy-policy. Please read this Agreement carefully as it outlines your rights, obligations, and restrictions when using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ShadiBookings Services, whether as a "Visitor" (browsing the website) or as a "User" (registered individual or company submitting content), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "User" encompasses both Customers and Vendors for the purposes of this Agreement.

2. Modifications to Agreement

ShadiBookings may modify this Agreement at any time, with such modifications becoming effective upon posting on the shadibookings.com website. Your continued use of the ShadiBookings Services constitutes acceptance of any changes to this Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

3. Eligibility

Use of the ShadiBookings Services is void where prohibited. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

4. User & ShadiBookings Content

ShadiBookings does not claim ownership of User Content posted on the platform. However, by submitting User Content, you grant ShadiBookings a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the ShadiBookings Services. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to post content.

5. Prohibited Content and Activity

Users agree not to post or engage in activities that violate the rights of others, promote illegal activities, or contain objectionable content. ShadiBookings reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content or prohibit certain activities at its discretion.

6. Copyright Policy

Users may not post copyrighted material without permission. ShadiBookings takes copyright infringement seriously and will take appropriate action in response to valid complaints.

7. Vendor-Customer Relationship

Customers acknowledge that transactions with Vendors are independent of ShadiBookings, and ShadiBookings is not liable for any issues that may arise between Customers and Vendors. Vendors accept responsibility for the accuracy of their profiles and services offered.

8. Reviews on Vendor Profiles

ShadiBookings endeavors to maintain the integrity of reviews on vendor profiles. Users can report false reviews, which will be investigated. Vendors are encouraged to solicit genuine reviews and respond to feedback professionally.

9. Deletion of Vendor Profiles

Vendor profiles cannot be deleted once created but may be marked as unclaimed upon request. ShadiBookings may create profiles for vendors based on user submissions without prior consent.

10. Third-Party Campaigns and Adherence

Vendors acknowledge that purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. ShadiBookings facilitates partnerships with third parties for the benefit of vendors.

11. Privacy

Use of the ShadiBookings Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ShadiBookings Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ShadiBookings disclaims any implied or statutory warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

ShadiBookings and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the ShadiBookings Services.

14. Disputes; Choice of Law; Venue

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Hyderabad, India, with jurisdiction in the Courts of faridabad or New Delhi. The prevailing party may be entitled to attorney's fees and costs.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold ShadiBookings harmless from any claims arising from their use of the ShadiBookings Services.

16. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising from this Agreement must be filed within one year or be barred.
